Damages and Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Return Policy
Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase for store credit only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Items sent back to us without tags or in used condition cannot be accepted. We do not accept returns on sale items discounted 30% off or more, nor can we accept returns for gift cards.
You’ll also need to provide receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.
If you wish to make a return, contact us and mail back the item. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you’ll receive confirmation and an E-Gift Card to be used for online purchases. Please remember it can take some time for all returns to be processed, allow 5-7 business days.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund Policy
We offer store credit only via E-Gift Card, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds. E-Gift Cards will be sent via email.
AfterPay/Shop Pay Policies
AfterPay or Shop Pay purchases are subject to Leaning Willow’s standard Return Policy of store credit only for items returned within 14 days of fulfillment.
If you've returned your order - partial or full - and you haven't paid off all of your installments, then you will continue to pay off those installments until they are complete for the full purchase amount and you will receive an E-Gift Card for the full amount of the item being returned.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like intimates (such as bras, underwear, socks or camisoles), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products and anything related to hygiene). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We do not accept returns on sale items discounted 30% off or more, nor can we accept returns for gift cards.
